We help breweries and craft drinks companies get their products out into the world. We help you prepare on all fronts, we select the right territories with you and then we make it happen. It has always been about working with great people for us, both at home and abroad. We've made friends from Spain to Scandinavia, from Singapore to South America....and most places in between too. Isn't that the best way?
Creating and nurturing great relationships between craft beer breweries and global importers is what we’re all about at The Craft Agent - we bloody love it!
find out moreWe are well respected in the UK drinks market for being honest, effective and knowledgeable and we can help you to make contact with just about any British independent brewery.
find out moreThink of us as your drinks exporting matchmaker. Yes, our experience lies largely in the world of beer - but we’ve sent ciders, cocktails, canned wine and soft drinks to many of our export contacts.
find out moreSo what can you expect from a partnership with our team at The Craft Agent? Well, you can expect a totally honest and collaborative approach to your export project. If we don't think we can get your drinks out there, then we will tell you. Once a project starts we work with you and your operations teams on pricing, scheduling and regulations. We then we take your brand out to meet our importers - the fun part!
Yes, we have had some very quick successes and orders during our time, but effective and long lasting export relationships take time and so we always tell you to expect to invest for the medium to long term in our services. In return we'll communicate regularly with global market intel, feedback about your products and thoughts about how we can best approach any challenges.
I have worked in craft beer for over 15 years now. I started washing out casks and have done all the jobs on the way along the road to where I am now. I started the Craft Agent during lockdown to help small, independent breweries with their sales. Over time we have grown and become an export specialist agency and I'm happy to have made great relationships with an ever growing list of importers around the world. My sales management expertise means that I look after the more commercial aspects of our projects, such as pricing and strategy. I also head up relationships between our larger clients and importers.
I was a touring musician for many years before and during the beer days. I’ve played with Graham Coxon, Phillip Selway from Radiohead and Jose Gonzalez amongst others.

I’ve been in hospitality sales, brand and marketing for almost 20 years now, but I’ve also owned a dining Pub and a pop-up street food business along the way. New into the world of craft beer export, I’m loving learning all the learning. As well as managing the day to day for some of our clients, I head up all our digital and international marketing efforts.
My years spent as a brand and marketing director for independent hotels and brands mean that I can easily understand where export fits in to the overall commercial plan and provide help with supporting activity. I can also advise around a main brand and marketing strategy.
As Paul will tell you though, my main speciality is nagging him about absolutely everything.

I started my career in finance but spent my time and earnings on craft beer, so making the switch seemed sensible. Now I’ve been immersed in the world of craft beer for nearly a decade, with my most recent experience involving a combination of sales, logistics, and export strategies at the Swedish brewery Omnipollo.
From the fine details of planning and pricing to ensuring shipments arrive safely, I’ve had the opportunity to tackle every part of beer sales while working in the most exciting industry I know! Relocating to the UK in 2025, I’m thrilled to bring that experience to The Craft Agent. As I dive into the world of British beers (while learning to appreciate cask), I’m excited to connect with brewers, importers, and beer lovers alike. However, if there’s a dog around, you might need to hold my pint for a moment.
Whether it’s brainstorming creative export solutions, perfecting a pricing strategy, or simply comparing the best taprooms, I look forward to our next chat.
